The Tony Maloney Story

Tony Maloney is not exactly a name people would put together.  Is it Irish or Italian?  This is the question so often asked.  Well the truth is... it's both, half Irish and half Italian.  Growing up, I remember always being around two things, big family and lots of food.  I remember being at one grandma's making meatballs & then the next day making corned beef with the other.  From early on in my life my family was involved in the restaurant business.  It went from my grandparents to my parents & now to me.  For the past four decades, my family has been blessed with the opportunity to make & serve quality pizza & Italian cuisine to the great people of Northeast Ohio.

When starting this business I made a promise to myself to offer the best of everything my family knows how to make.  For a while, I thought I was doing just that, until one day I was sitting at my Irish grandmother's house eating corned beef & potatoes.  They along with everything else my grandmother  cooked was delicious, from her monte cristos to her corned beef sandwiches.  The world was missing out.  I thought to myself, 'Everyone should taste what this lady's been cooking.'  I have no clue why I kept this a secret for so long, but now I think its time for me to share with you, the best of both worlds.  In Ireland whey would say... 'There are good ships, there are wood ships, and ships that sail the sea, but the best ships are friendships, and may they always be...'  Thank you all for being our friends.
